[Message locked to people from the future, in general. Unfortunately, this is a lot more general than Haruhi may have intended.]

ATTENTION, PEOPLE FROM THE FUTURE!

I should've done this weeks ago, just been kind of distracted! But I've noticed a lot of kids and people and such appearing from the future! IE, TIME TRAVELERS!
You're exactly the kinds of people the SOS Brigade is looking for! Even with all the weird and cool things in this world, but they all really kinda become standard after awhile! But such an influx of people from the future HAS to be some sort of sign, right?!

Thus, it's up to me to investigate!

SO.

What're the chances of meeting any of you?? ^_^ If only Masaru'd stop being so crabby about trying to meet with his future kid. Hmph. Stick in the mud.

...it does, it does! That's, like... five hundred years from now! ^_^

Oh! Well, hm... I guess the most basic question is, what's your time like?

Well, in between the first and second Covenant Wars, the population of Earth broke into a civil war, dividing forces into two teams, Red and Blue. I work for Red Command, stationed at Blood Gulch Outpost Number 1, and I'm constantly on the look out for any vital position to consolidate Red Team power!

We do that by either A) Killing all of the Blues

Or B) Stealing Their Flag!

Wow, that sounds really-

...

Stealing their flag?

Seriously?

Of course! The Flag is the most vital part of any mission! If you steal it, there's promotions all around, plus possibly new armor, weapons and gear!

Although that doesn't happen very often in Blood Gulch, so we just play Grifball whenever we're not attacking each other! Or Ducks at a Carinval.

...weird. But, still, kind of interesting, I guess!

...

Grifball?

The sport of champions! I've formally announced the American Grifball League of America (http://deathtotheblues.livejournal.com/3851.html) although I suppose it should be known as the Digital Grifball League of the Digital World. Or something.

We played our first match on Saturday, and it was a total victory! As expected, it was an incredible day for the Reds, and a team bonding experience for all who attended.

And it's more player friendly than Ducks at a Carnival, where we attempt to shoot Grif with Sniper Rifles!

Well.

Huh.

That looks...

...

..

...

AWESOME. We've SO gotta try that out!

Ha ha! Feel free! We're always open to new players, new teams, everything! Check the post for the rules of the game, as we're playing Grifball Standard! Later on, I'll see about getting a basketball net durable enough for Grifball Slam! That's like Basketball -- but with more teeth!
